We do not offer Returns at this time like many other vendors do. Why? This is our general policy from years of experience and for numerous reasons. Including: unscrupulous buyers, purchasing items to copy or wear to an event for the weekend, switching diamonds or watch parts with lower quality ones, giving items to a loved one for the evening, only to take it back after the good feelings wear off. There are many more reasons why we do not offer returns, which can be discussed upon request. If not being able to return is a major concern for you, please let us know in advance and we will try to make some accommodations in writing that we both can live with. We understand sometimes a return or exchange needs to happen, and that is why we are very open to a discussion prior to a purchase, not after the fact. If we put something in writing prior to a sale, we will honor it! We have been in the jewelry trade for over 30 years, and you can rest assured and trust we will do what we say.
